Items purchased can be exchanged within 30 days of Delivery / Collection.
If you cannot easily get to 51 Taupiri Street please get in touch with us at 07 878 0028 to make arrangements. Refunds will not be issued at The Maniapoto Marae Pact Trust Offices, once the process is complete the refund will be returned to the card purchased from on the website. Maniapoto Marae Pact Trust will not cover the cost of shipping to return any items.
The item must still be in saleable condition, with any packaging intact
Please provide proof of purchase for any Returns i.e. Order confirmation or Tax invoice
Please allow 14 days to process returns and receive your refund.
