The Ngāti Maniapoto Marae PACT Trust has partnered with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, the Department of Internal Affairs, and Te Puni Kōkiri to develop a mini-hydropower plant to harness energy to support whanau in power hardship no matter where they live in New Zealand/Aotearoa.
